Thank you for your business. We are always striving to provide excellent customer service. We offer our clients the option of canceling and returning products if they are dissatisfied with our services. For cancellations and refunds, we will follow the following policies:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can’t cancel your order.
If your order status is processed, you cannot cancel it.
Only Products Comes in boxes (No original Boxes & accessories). As these are copies and do not come with boxes, we arrange boxes from other sources.
Dispatch is done within 48hrs, courier details are shared within 72 hours, and final delivery in 5-10 days.
No refund & exchange if do not like the product. Additionally, it is mandatory to make a Parcel Opening Video for replacement.
You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-3 day processing)
- In case you received the wrong size, a replacement will be provided. (Subjected to size availability)
- You receive the wrong size other than what you ordered.
- You must return the product to us on your own within 24 hours along with a courier receipt.
- You Receive a defective/damaged product.
Please do not ask for replacement or returns apart from the above mentioned conditions.
We do not issue the refund/return if:
- No Unboxing Video for the product received.
- Not reported Same-day delivery.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or Courier Delays).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed due to Courier Services).
